Jeff Pickett, Scout Executive

The Scout Executive is responsible for the total operation of the Juniata Valley Council.  They work closely with the Council President, Officers, and Executive Board.  Some of their specific assignments include advising Personnel, Finance, Nominating, Long Range Planning, and Marketing Committees. They also serve as the Corporate Secretary.

Doug Baker, District Executive -  Oneida and Chief Logan Districts 

 serves units in Huntingdon and Blair Counties.

Ron Singer, Accounting

Ron is responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Angela Kaler, Registration and Camping Services

Angela is responsible for Membership, Advancement, and maintaining training records.  She maintains activity rosters, tour permits, insurance, summer camping, and camp registrations.

Charlie Harklerode, Properties Manager and Outdoor Marketing Director

Charlie is responsible for the total operation, maintenance, and security of Seven Mountains Scout Camp and the physical plant of the Council Service Center.  In addition, he coordinates facility usage of properties, Marketing of Seven Mountains Scout Camp and serves as host to Scouting and non-Scouting units at Seven Mountains Scout Camp.
